Trish is the first woman to earn a MPM (Master Property Manager) designation in Houston. She also holds designations as a RMP (Residential Management Professional), TRLS (Texas Residential Leasing Specialist) and TRPM (Texas Residential Property Manager). Trish served as President in 2017 for the Houston NARPM chapter. She also served as Ambassador for the NARPM Central Region in 2018. Trish has owned and managed investment properties for over 30 years.

Ashley is a Residential Management Professional (RMP), Certified Residential Management Bookkeeper (CRMB), Texas Residential Leasing Specialist (TRLS), and a Licensed Realtor. She was born and raised in the greater Houston area and graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a degree in Corporate Communication. Ashley has also served on the Board of the Houston Chapter of NARPM as the Treasurer for 2018 and 2019 and the NARPM National Member Services Committee in 2020.

Angelica joined First Class in 2015. She worked her way up to Senior Property Manager. Angelica is a Texas Residential Specialist (TRLS) and a Licensed Realtor. She also earned her Associate Degree in Business Management. Angelica has earned her Residential Management Professional (RMP) and Certified Maintenance Coordinator (CMC) designations with NARPM.

She also served as the speaker chair, hospitality chair on the Houston NARPM chapter and served on the Member Services Committee for NARPM National.

Amber joined the First Class team full time in 2020 after graduating high school, as well as joining NARPM in 2020. She works every detail in the marketing department from the light-hearted videos to the social media postings. Amber is also training to work in the maintenance department and helps the properties with the service issues. Amber also answers all the phones and directs them accordingly.

Elizabeth joined First Class as an administrative assistant in 2016. She has expanded into the IT, Assistant Property Management and Marketing departments. Liz is currently the only person in Houston who holds a CSS (Certified Support Specialist) designation. She has also served as a social media committee chair for the Houston NARPM Chapter.
