Trish made history as the first woman to earn the Master Property Manager (MPM) designation in Houston. She holds several prestigious certifications, including Residential Management Professional (RMP), Texas Residential Leasing Specialist (TRLS), and Texas Residential Property Manager (TRPM).

Trish has also been a strong leader in the Houston NARPM Chapter, serving as President in 2017 and 2023, and as an Ambassador for the NARPM Central Region in 2018. With over 30 years of experience in owning and managing investment properties, Trish brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the industry.

Ashley joined First Class in 2017 after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Corporate Communication and has since become a key member of the team, excelling in both her roles as Bookkeeper and Property Manager. She holds several certifications, including Master Property Manager (MPM®), Residential Management Professional (RMP®), and Certified Residential Management Bookkeeper (CRMB) from the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Additionally, she is a Texas Residential Leasing Specialist (TRLS®), a Texas Residential Property Manager (TRPM®), a Public Notary in Texas, and a Licensed Texas Broker.

Her dedication to professional excellence is evident through her service on the Board of the Houston Chapter of NARPM as Treasurer in 2018, 2019, and 2023. She has also contributed to the NARPM National Member Services Committee in 2020 and 2022 and served as the Central Regional Ambassador for NARPM in 2023 and 2024.

Angelica joined First Class in 2015 and quickly worked her way up to the position of Senior Property Manager, demonstrating her dedication and expertise in the field. She holds a Texas Residential Specialist (TRLS) designation and is a Licensed Realtor, further showcasing her qualifications.

Angelica earned her Associate Degree in Business Management, providing a strong foundation for her career. She also holds prestigious industry designations, including the Residential Management Professional (RMP) and Certified Maintenance Coordinator (CMC) from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

In addition to her professional achievements, Angelica has taken on significant leadership roles within NARPM. She served as Speaker Chair and Hospitality Chair for the Houston NARPM Chapter, contributing to the chapter’s growth and success. Furthermore, Angelica served on the Member Services Committee for NARPM National, helping to shape the organization’s initiatives and services for members.

Amber became a full-time member of the First Class team in 2020 after graduating high school and also joined NARPM the same year. As the maintenance manager, she oversees service issues and maintains owner communication. In addition, Amber has held leadership roles within the Houston NARPM chapter, serving as president-elect in 2023 and president in 2024.

Elizabeth joined First Class as an administrative assistant in 2016. She has expanded into the IT, Assistant Property Management and Marketing departments. Liz is currently the only person in Houston who holds a CSS (Certified Support Specialist) designation. She has also served as a social media committee chair for the Houston NARPM Chapter.

Jazz is an executive virtual assistant based in the Philippines who joined the First Class Team in 2022. In her versatile role, she has contributed significantly across various departments, including leasing, bookkeeping, and maintenance. Her primary responsibility is to support the president. With her wide-ranging skill set and dedication, Jazz has proven to be an indispensable member of the team.

Robert joined First Class in 2024 as a bookkeeping assistant. He is currently gaining experience and knowledge in the property management industry.

Jodi has over 20 years of experience as a Real Estate agent and is currently working as an Escrow Officer.
